Ce qui rend notre effiloch\u00e9 de porc unique, c\u2019est la pr\u00e9paration avec un <strong>Dry Rub maison<\/strong> comprenant notamment de la <strong>poudre d&rsquo;ail, du thym, du paprika, des \u00e9pices \u00e0 Chili, de l\u2019origan ou encore du sucre cassonade<\/strong>. Tout cela infuse la viande d\u2019une d\u00e9licieuse richesse. Notre pulled pork est lentement cuit avec du <strong>jus de pomme, de la bi\u00e8re de caract\u00e8re<\/strong>. Vous d\u00e9tecterez certainement <strong>de la sauce barbecue et un peu de ketchup<\/strong> pour apporter une dimension sucr\u00e9e, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9e et un go\u00fbt fum\u00e9 incomparable. Cette cuisson lente fait ressortir des ar\u00f4mes profonds et savoureux, qui fondent en bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des saveurs \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es avec du chou rouge et des oignons rouges marin\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;Effiloch\u00e9 est une parfaite harmonie de saveurs. Outre le pulled pork maison, nous avons compos\u00e9 ce sandwich chaud avec du chou marin\u00e9, de l&rsquo;oignon rouge ainsi qu&rsquo;une sauce au raifort et cornichons. Nous le tranchons en deux afin afin que vous le  d\u00e9gustiez plus facilement.
